Election Ballot and Annual Meeting
If you are receiving this Newsletter electronically, your election ballot and candidate information will be sent in the mail shortly. If this is your paper newsletter, it is enclosed. Please either place a stamp on your ballot and mail it so it will be received by Tuesday January 12th or drop it off at the club anytime before the Annual Meeting at 7:00 pm Tuesday January 12th. The agenda for the annual meeting on the 12th includes: the election results, the year-end financial report, the 2010 budget, a report on the member survey, and other plans for the 2010 year. Please attend to find out more about what is going on at your club.

Friday Fun Night
The Friday Fun Night this month is scheduled for Friday January 15th at 6 pm. These have been a good addition to the clubs social activities. Come on out and join in the fun

Membership Changes
We have received a resignation from Nate Smith. We now have 301 golf, seven trial golf, and 18 social memberships. We had 318 golf and 16 social memberships at this time last year and 324 golf memberships 2 years ago.

Reminders:

Lunch at the Club - Don't forget that lunch is available at the club from 11AM-2PM Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Feel free to bring your friends or co-workers. It is one of the best deals in town.

New Members Needed - The poor economy continues to have an effect on our membership. Now is a great time for new members to join since cart shed spots are available, they will pay only social dues until April 1, 2010. Details of our current new member special are on the website at http://www.indianolacountryclub.com/prospectivemembers.html. If you know of anyone who is a potential member, let them know about this opportunity to join the club at a reduced rate. Just let Jason know their name and address or email, and he will send them the information.

FOOD SERVICE: Cold sandwiches, "Pub Burgers", and hot dogs will be available in the lower bar area. The grill will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-2 pm for lunch. Dinner will be available for Stagettes and on Thursdays nights.
