Initiation Fee Reduced to $250 for
March
In an effort to jump start the recruiting of new members this
spring, the Board has approved a Spring Membership Special. This special
reduces the initiation fee by 50% to $250 for all new members joining
before April 1, 2005. The new member will also get one free 18 hole green
fee so they can bring a friend to the club. Dues will start April 1, 2005
and new members must remain members until April 1, 2006.
Current members who recruit a new member will continue to get $50 in
clubhouse bucks for each new member recruited. In addition, those
recruiting new members will have their names entered in a drawing for one
month's free dues. The drawing will be in early June. The more members you
recruit the better your chances. While the club will do some advertising,
our best source of new members is you, the current members. With the new
nine complete and in good shape we should be an attractive option for your
friends who play golf. There is a form at the end of this newsletter for
you to fill out so we can send potential members information.
Easter Brunch Buffet
The Easter Brunch is on Sunday March 27th from 9:30 am -
12:30 pm. The buffet will feature an omelet bar, spiral ham and biscuits &
gravy etc. The bar will be open for Bloody Marys, Mimosas, or your
favorite drink. The cost is $8 per person. ($5 for children 12 & under)
Reservations are required. Please call in your reservations to 961-3303 by
March 24th so proper planning can be done.
2005 Calendar
Work on the 2005 Club Calendar is nearing completion. If you
know any needed changes in your address or phone number let Jason know.

Course Opening
The course typically opens in early to mid March depending on
the weather. The clubhouse will be open normal winter hours until the
course opens. At that time the clubhouse will be open additional hours
depending on the weather.
Spring Fling
The now annual Spring Fling is scheduled for Saturday April
23rd. Look for details in next months newsletter.
Membership Changes
Welcome new member Nate Oberender. We have received
resignations from Bob & Jan Chrisjohn, Helen Shannon and Terry & Sheryl
Newell. We now have 289 golf and 12 social memberships.
