Indianola Country Club has a formal bar and banquet room available for rent at reasonable rates. The banquet facilities are available for both members and non-members. Our events staff is ready for you to enjoy the dining, dancing, bar and deck area for banquets, meeting, weddings, and special events. Our staff can cater your event to your specifications. The area can seat groups of up to 200. Banquet and Facility Policies

  All food and beverages must be purchased through Indianola Country Club, with the exception of wedding cake, mints and nuts.
  
  
• No Food or beverages may be removed from the facility. Any unused or leftover food will remain the property of Indianola Country Club.
  
  
• We require a guaranteed number of guests for each event at least (1) week in advance.
  
  
• We are prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number. Should your actual needs exceed these figures, every effort will be made to properly serve your guests. You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
  
  
• An 18% service charge and 6% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
  
  
• No cancellation fee is imposed if the lease agreement is cancelled at least 180 days prior to the commencement date. If the lease agreement is cancelled less than 180 days, but more than 30 days, prior to the commencement time, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total lease amount shall be imposed. If the lease agreement is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the commencement date, a cancellation fee of the entire lease amount due the lessor shall be imposed and due payable upon cancellation.
  
  
• We require a rental fee of which 50% shall be due and payable upon signing a lease agreement, with the balance due in full on or before the date of the scheduled event unless other arrangements have been made.
  
  
• Payment is expected in full following the completion of the function unless other arrangements have previously been made.
  
  
• A damage deposit of $100 is required prior to your event. This amount will be refunded or applied towards your charges at the completion of your event.
  
  
• Indianola Country Club does not provide entertainment or decorations. It is up to the individual party to provide its own with the Food Service Director/Special Functions
  
  Coordinators approval. No confetti or glitter of any kind may be used. Failure to comply can result in the loss of your damage deposit.
  
  
• Host or organization will be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property belonging to the host, organization, or their guest.
  
  
• Host or organization will be held responsible for any damages or theft of Indianola Country Club.
  
  
• Host or organization will be responsible for the rental of bar staff for its function. Indianola Country Club requires (1) bartender per 75 guests. If more than 75 guests are anticipated Indianola Country Club requires (2) bartenders. Indianola Country Club will supply the bartenders at a rate of $10 per hour per bartender.
  
  
• Included in your Rental Fee are the staff at the Country Club will set the room up as you request. The staff will also tear down and clean up after your event. You simply come in and enjoy your event without having to worry about setting up and tearing down!
